We build the regional career network that wins the grants and outlasts them.

You bring your region's partners. We build the machine that funds it: we write the grants, connect your nonprofits, educators, and employers into one pathway, and hand your community a tool that keeps working long after any single grant ends.

What we build

The whole machine, built with you

Your region already holds the partners. It's missing the connective infrastructure that turns them into one fundable pathway. That is what we build, and we own and maintain it so your staff never have to become experts in it.

01

We win the grants

We bring the sector and the regional story into the narratives, with your writer or for you, and assemble your partners in writing, so the region wins federal, state, and private funding as one team.

02

We build the infrastructure

The websites, funnels, guides, and tools your region runs on, all built and maintained by us so nothing depends on your staff to hold it together.

03

We build the pathway

We map your nonprofits, educators, and companies into one clear route a career seeker can actually walk, Get Informed to Get Trained to Get Hired.

04

We train your partners

We teach your staff to use the tools without becoming career experts, because the expertise is built into the tool itself.

05

We fill the pathway

We produce the marketing and media that bring career seekers to your educators and employers, so the programs you funded actually run full.

06

We report the results

Lead data and career-seeker progress through the pathway, in the language a funder needs to see for the next grant.

We have done it, and it is still standing

In San Bernardino we built it grant by grant, each award landing on the last instead of starting from zero. That is the difference between a program that dies when the funding ends and a region that keeps winning.

First grant: supported the STEM Lab, the region's own training space.
Landed on it: formed a Registered Apprenticeship with the state, so the training leads to a real credential.
Landed on that: certified the instructors, so the region can run it without us in the room.
And it keeps stacking. A standing coalition, bound by signed agreements, that wins funding again and again.

The advanced-manufacturing instance of this model is CNC Career Network, and career seekers move through it on the CNC Career Guide. That is the living example of what we would build in your sector, in your region.

Let's build one in your region.
