We have done it, and it is still standing

In San Bernardino we built it grant by grant, each award landing on the last instead of starting from zero. That is the difference between a program that dies when the funding ends and a region that keeps winning.

First grant: supported the STEM Lab, the region's own training space.

Landed on it: formed a Registered Apprenticeship with the state, so the training leads to a real credential.

Landed on that: certified the instructors, so the region can run it without us in the room.

And it keeps stacking. A standing coalition, bound by signed agreements, that wins funding again and again.

How we work together

Written into the grant as a partner

When a region wins a grant, every partner is written into the funded budget for its part of the work, and RCN Systems is written in the same way for the pathway work it carries.

We come in as a partner written into the budget, the same way every delivery partner is.
Our part of the work is defined in writing, so a funder sees exactly what each partner delivers.
We take on a limited number of regions at a time, because one team studies each region, writes each narrative, and recruits each partner.
